The NTOU Delegation Visits Vietnam for Academic Exchanges and Bilateral Cooperation (OIA report) In order to reinforce the " Prosperity for Fisherman, Fishing Village and Fishery-International Blue Economy Pilot Zones " plan, expand the cultivation of international talents and implement sustainable development, the Dean of International Affairs of NTOU, Dr. Yu-Wei Chang, led a delegation to Vietnam from September 12 to September 15, 2022. The delegation visited the Nha Trang University, the Research Institute for Aquaculture No.3, the Fisheries and Technical Economic College, and other research institutions to conduct bilateral academic research exchanges. During the visit, they signed MOUs to facilitate future talent cultivation plans and international cooperation and exchanges between Taiwan and Vietnam.
