National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU) established Regional Revitalization Counseling Center of the Northern Area(地方創生北區輔導中心) to support National Strategic Plan for Regional Revitalization of National Development Council (國家發展委員會, NDC.) The opening ceremony was held on November 22^nd. "NTOU will keep cultivating local talents and industries through NTOU's USR  promoting experiences," stated Tai-Wen Hsu (許泰文), president of NTOU.

      The assistance of Regional Revitalization Counseling Center of the Northern Area covers 8 counties and cities in northern Taiwan, including offshore islands. Regional Revitalization Counseling Center of the Northern Area is missioned to flourish local industries in a variety of business models.
