National Taiwan Ocean University(NTOU) responds to the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO (IOC)'s "the International Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development", implementing MOST "Sailing to the Blue Sea" Project, working with marine scientific research institutions to enhence marine ecological investigation, establishing open ocean information science.
